Team

Our producer-led model

We are a Toronto-based film and commercial production studio working in Toronto and elsewhere. Our work includes commercial spots, campaigns, brand films, and original film and television projects.

We build production teams around the needs of each project. Our approach combines producer oversight with a project-specific network of directors, cinematographers, editors, sound professionals, and other specialists. The people involved can vary by brief, format, schedule, and production requirements.

For commercial work, we produce brand films, campaigns, and short-form content. For original work, we develop a focused slate of film and television projects. Contact us with your project type, creative stage, timeline, and required production support so we can identify the appropriate lead and collaborators.

What to ask when choosing a production lead

When you contact us, include the format, intended audience, desired visual approach, production location, target release date, and the support you already have in place. You can also ask which producer will oversee the brief, who will handle cinematography or post-production, and whether the proposed team has availability for your schedule.

We welcome commercial concepts, original film ideas, and projects that do not yet fit a defined category. Email our studio at overseer@ambitionstudios.ca to discuss the project and the right production team.
