Production Consulting

What we do

We are a producer-led film and commercial studio based in Toronto, working with clients and creative partners in other locations. Our work includes commercial spots, campaigns, brand films, and original film and television projects. We work with brands, agencies, writers, directors, and other talent on projects that need clear creative direction and practical production leadership.

We do not present a separate consulting package or a standalone advisory menu publicly. The work we describe is producer-led, with responsibility extending across the creative, financial, and logistical sides of a project. If you need an experienced production perspective before committing to a full production, contact us to discuss the project and determine whether our approach fits.

Strategic guidance for production teams

Our approach is built around keeping creative, financial, and logistical decisions connected. A conversation with us may be relevant when you need to clarify what should be made, identify the people required to make it, or assess how an idea can move from an early concept toward execution.

We work across two main project contexts:

  • Commercial work: spots, campaigns, and brand films for brands and agencies.
  • Original work: film and television projects developed as part of a focused slate.

We also invite conversations about projects that do not fit neatly into either category. We welcome commercial, original, or undefined projects when the idea is important to the person bringing it forward.

Creative execution guidance

We connect creative intent with production decisions rather than treating development, staffing, and execution as separate handoffs. Our model is to keep creative, financial, and logistical responsibility together. That makes us a potential fit for teams seeking producer input on how an idea should be shaped, developed, staffed, and brought toward the screen.

We are available to come in at any point in the production, either for advisory services or to support execution.

We do not publish a fixed list of consulting deliverables, meeting formats, timelines, or rates. No public information specifies whether guidance is provided as a one-time strategy session, a project review, an ongoing advisory engagement, or part of a broader producing relationship. Those details need to be established during an initial conversation.

Support for independent creators

We maintain an open-submission route for people making original work. We accept submissions from writers, directors, and creators, and we describe the process as selective, with a small number of projects taken forward each year. We review submitted creative work, scripts, decks, and project ideas internally.

Submissions are intended for projects we may help get made, rather than a published consulting program. We do not claim ownership of submitted material, and submissions are received in confidence. If you are an independent creator seeking development or production involvement, use the submission route rather than assuming that submitting a project creates a consulting engagement.

Information to confirm before booking

We do not currently publish consulting prices, minimum engagement sizes, session duration, budget-review methodology, written deliverables, or turnaround times. We also do not state whether consulting is available independently of full production or producing services. Confirm these points before treating a discussion as a booked advisory engagement.
